Personal data processing policy

1. Data controller

Any request regarding your data is handled through that address.

2. What we collect

Only what you type. We do not buy databases and we do not track you across sites.

• —The business challenge you describe in Forvel Bridge.
• —Your email address, if you choose to leave it. It is optional in the first step.
• —When you request a meeting: your name, email, company, and your preferred day, time and time zone.
• —A temporary visit identifier used to link the steps of a single journey. It does not identify you and disappears when you close the tab.

3. What we use it for

We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes, and we do not send you advertising you did not ask for.

• —Preparing the Blueprint and the initial analysis of your challenge.
• —Contacting you to arrange the definition meeting you requested.
• —Sending you the result of your analysis if you left your email.
• —Understanding which needs come up most often, to improve the service.

4. Consent

By writing your challenge and continuing in Bridge, you consent to the processing described here. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to info@forvel.ai, except where a legal or contractual duty requires us to keep the information.

5. Where it is stored and who processes it

We work with infrastructure providers who act as data processors and whose servers are outside Colombia. This involves an international data transfer, which you authorize by using the site:

• —Supabase (database), with servers in the United States.
• —Vercel (site hosting), with servers in the United States.

Both provide adequate levels of protection and process the data only on our instructions.

6. Your rights

As the owner of your data you may, at any time:

• —Know what data we hold about you and how we use it.
• —Update or correct it if it is incomplete or inaccurate.
• —Request that we delete it, where no legal duty requires us to keep it.
• —Withdraw the consent you gave us.
• —File a complaint with Colombia's Superintendency of Industry and Commerce.

To exercise them, write to info@forvel.ai stating what you need. We answer queries within ten business days and claims within fifteen, as required by law.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information while a relationship with you exists or while we have a legitimate interest in following up on your request. After that we delete or anonymize it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do.

8. Security

We apply access controls so that the information you send cannot be read by other visitors to the site. Access to the data is restricted to those who need it to handle your request.

9. Changes

If we amend this policy, we will update the date in the header. Substantial changes will be announced on the site.
